So ive been to 9 doctors and i have had chest x rays and they did front back side and a breathing test and taken blood from wrist to check my oxygen level all good and i have had neurological test two times A+ on both and i have had a paps physical and e cg two times and ear check and been to physicist i don't take med but right now i feel lightheaded and all the doctors told me anxiety panic attacks now can anxiety and panic attack cause lightheaded feeling like unreality and shortness of breath and cant stop m,moving am i dying I'm 20 years old

And if anyone could give me tips it would calm me down and help me alot im have been suffering for a month now

Things like this are very scary. YOu watch TV and see crazy things wrong with people, and wonder sometimes if a doctor is missing someting on you, too. Here are very simple places to start..
Do you eat right? DO you take any medications, vitamins, etc? Any significant medical problems in the past? Write it all down. Does this dizziness occur at a certain time or place? What helps, what makes it worse? It sounds like a panic atttack, in all honesty. But I dont know you and cant examen you, so I am unsure. You need to learn deep breathing, relaxation, and also try to see a psychiatrist for medication to help these attacks. Good luck.
