Black spot in the stool,is it cancer?please help?
recently,I feel there are something wrong with my digestion.I have some symptoms like I have some black spot in my stool,my bowel habit change than usual,my stomach full of gas,sometimes I have pain in center side,lower in my abdomen.I am very worried that I have colon cancer or stomach cancer. anyone can help me,please!

some of disease can be similiar to cancer,like celiac disease,chrone disease,irritable bowel syndrome.you had better to see doctor and know about your disease.
