Bulimia sore throat?
I am bulimic, and I woke up with a really sore throat and basically just feeling like crap.I cant swallow or anything and there are white spots on my tonsils. Could this be from throwing up?
And please no people telling me I'm stupid and stuff.

Most likely its from throwing up - I know you know this already but the acid from your stomach is eating away the lining of your throat.
For temporary relief use over the counter "sore throat spray" that should help or even cough drops.
In the future, after throwing up, drink some water and rise your mouth. Obviously the best thing would be to stop, but Im not here to preach to you. If you want help in stopping then you have help and support here and im sure else where.
