Nausea, Headache, shortness of breath, fatigue?

okay so i have a bad headache, nausea, shortness of breath, dry mouth, thirst,fatigue and this sort of trembling feeling similar to the feeling you get when your starving. I have eaten and have taken some snacks to see if that helps, yet the symptoms persist. Lately these symptoms are appearing frequently, like everyday. I am sick of drinking painkillers and they dont help all my symptoms. Also im 16 if that helps.... what can i have?

There are lots of possible causes of these symptoms. The only way to find out for sure what is causing them is to talk to your doctor. It is most likely some sort of mild anemia, but it could point to more serious conditions, so you should have it checked out. As another 16 year old, with all of these symptoms and many other health problems, my best advice to you is not to worry, but to set up an appointment with your doctor just in case.
