I notice when I eat oranges or lemons or (juice) my skin breaks out ?? I'm not allergic ,is the acidity level
to high for me or what? I notice after I have been running I'll eat 2 or 3 oranges at a time the next day or so I'd break out.

Actually, it sounds like you DO have a citrus allergy.
The only manifestation of citrus allergy may be that your skin breaks out, just as it is doing!
...you might want to talk to your doctor about this, and possibly get allergy tests...
