Any type of food that caused acne?

i often heard of oily and fried foodstuff and too sweet stuff are the causes of acne

Answers:

No it is not from eating certain foods, and yes acne can be from levels of hormones but I don't know your age either.

Some people never get acne when younger but end up with problems later in life. I do know those who work jobs around foods, like french fries in hot cooking oil, can end up with a problem, because their skin absorbs the oil into their pores. The air ends up infused with oil, and their clothes smell because of it.

High steam from certain jobs can also cause a problem because high amounts of steam opens the pores and then bacteria from the environment can get in. When the pores close, it closes with the bacteria trapped in. Another major cause of trapped bacteria under the upper dermus layers can be caused by a build up inside of our bodies within our bowel system becasue we don't drink enough water to flush or eat enough fiber to keep our bowels going the way they really should. If you look at other Countries where more fiber is in their diet, you will see that they have less problems with acne then Americans do.

I also know of many adults who found that throwing out their bed pillows and buying new ones, plus buying zippered covers with new pillow cases drastically helped because they owned their pillows for years and most don't wash them. The bacteria builds up and when sleeping, the bacteria growing there for years makes contact with the skin. Bacteria grows with the warmth of their head and a pillow case washed once a week only covers over the pillow but not the bacteria. So if the acne is located on the upper chest, back, arms, and face you might want to consider new pillows or washing them.

These would be your clues to try to clear up the problem. Eat more fresh veggies and fruit for fiber, drink loads of water, wash the acne areas twice a day without using harsh chemicals which can make it worse, and take an increase of Vitamin C in a pill form daily. Vitamin C has not been regulated due to the fact the the FDA can not establish a level that would cause an over dose .... meaning it is very safe if taking 500 mgs twice per day .... 1 in the morning and 1 at night. Vitamin E is also good for the skin, and taking Folic Acid (Vitamin) also has been said to decrease acne.

I didn't have a problem in youth but use to have a problem in adult life, but it is no longer a problem with taking a multi Vitamin and then spacing out the others during the day.

Good Luck!
