Question: Is this allergies or sinus problems!?!?!?
okay so lately i've been noticing that around this time of the year i develop these same symptoms!. they are drainage of the nose that occurs the most at night, and the drainage goes in my throat which causes this scratchy feeling in my throat and sometimes i have to cough up mucus!. on top of that every now and again i have to blow my nose and sometimes i'll end up with a very nasty headache!. please some one tell me what this is!. i went to the drug store and talked to the pharmacist he suggested i take tylenol for severe allergies but after reading the symptoms it treats i don't think that's what i have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Claritin D is for allergies and sinuses!. And one pill lasts 24 hrs!. Since u have a headache it pobably is your sinuses acting up!. Because that is what i feel right now!.
Try to avoid dairy products since this will make you produce more mucus and phlegm!.
