im an anorexic in recovery and im having trouble going to the bathroom even though i feel terribly bloated!. could you pelase just let me know how it was for you!. be honest, even if u went everyday!.

I've never had AN, but I understand if you've had episodes, your digestive track can be severely damaged!. I'm not sure how long you've been in recovery and how long you have been eating consistently/regularly, but it may very well take a while to start having 1-2 bowel movements a day!. Your bloated feeling could be lingering AN symptoms!.!.!.to be safe, why not talk this over with your doctor!? You will probably ramp up your bm's as time goes on over the course of a healthy recovery!.Good luck with being good to yourself and kicking ED out of your life!.!.!.Kudos to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
