My boyfriend of a year and I have recently had unprotected sex, now I am having a vaginal odor, he says that the vaginal odor is coming because he let his seed spill in me, having him be my first, I do not know how true this is, and I read a book on STD and its says that one of the symptoms of an std is vaginal odor!. I do not know how long it takes for an std to show up, but we had unprotected sex for only one time, and that was this past weekend!. Can someone please give me an idea of what might be going on!. Also when he and I had sex this past weekend and he didn't withdraw I had just gotten over my period the day before, and now my friend is telling me that a female can get pregnant much quicker if she has unprotected within a 2days after her period ends, I would like to know is this also true!. Several things can be wrong!.!.!.and there are several types of vaginitis!. It could simply be BV, bacterial vaginosis, extremely common in sexually active women!. Depending on the amount of discharge and the odor and color, a gyne can tell what it is!. Have yourself checked out asap
