Does doxycycline help fights bacteria that cause acne and dermatitis?!

doxycycline is used by primary care doctors, OB/GYNS, urologists, to name a few!. because this drug is prescribed for many disease states, doxycycline is resistant to about 1/3 of the bacteria that causes acne (P!. acnes!.) if your doctor is prescribing a product to reduce your acne, he/she might use minocycline which works on 99+% of the P!.acnes bacteria!.
