There are no cure for virus's (the cold is a virus) you'll just have to ride it out I am afraid!. Get plenty of rest, drink plenty of fluids, warm drinks will help soothe your throat!. If your in any pain, take paracetamol!. It will go soon enoughWww@Answer-Health@Com
