it's against haemorrids!.
I would like to have as little discomfort as possible!.
I don't want it to come back out or have a burning in this area!.!.!.

OK, put some lube on your finger if you have it!. If not that's ok!. RELAX!. put the suppository on the end of your finger, find your butthole (use a mirror if necessary) and slide the suppository in as far as it says on the box!. If it's uncomfortable and seems like it's not open, breathe, relax and try again!. Remove finger!. Wash your hands!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
The best technique that I know of is to lay on your left side with you knees bent by your chest, lubricate the suppository, insert the suppository one half finger length then lay there for a few minutes for the suppository to start melting so it won't come back outWww@Answer-Health@Com
