Okay i have this pinching like pain under my armpits?!

okay this is what i a feeling there are these spots not visible where if i push on it right under my armpit hurts really bad like a pinching feeling, there are no lumps then there is this burning stabbing feeling going right across my breast like on the bottom this pain is on and off no lumps anywhere lymph nodes do not appear to be swollen sometimes pain in my back like under the shoulder blade half way down also sometimes there is pain radiating down the inside of my arms on the upper partWww@Answer-Health@Com
