I feel for you, sore throats are the worst! try Halls lozenges, those always work for me!. Something about that mentholish flavor that helps me, even tho I don't like the taste!. try a hard candy if you don't like them, even peppermints help!. The warm salt water gargle my mom used to swear by really does help too!.!. and if you have a problem with your throat at night too, try sleeping with a humidifier to keep your throat from drying out!. I'm a mom of a two kids myself and have used all of the above with some extent of success!. Hope they work for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Tea!.!.!.with lemon & honey!. Throat lozenges work well too!. Just keep drinking fluids!.!.!.and try and get some rest!. We all have sore throats around here due to allergies!.!.!.and it isn't easy to take care of the kids when you aren't feeling well!. I took some allergy medicine & tylenol!.!.!.along with the tea, it seems to be working!. Hope you feel better!! Www@Answer-Health@Com
