Question: Is it bad that i've never had chicken pox!?
I am 16 years old, and have never had chicken pox before!. I got a vaccination when i was little, but i've heard of people getting the chicken pox after they've had the vaccination!. Will it be worse for me if I get it because I'm olderWww@Answer-Health@Com

SO if you did get the chicken pox, I mean, IF Somehow, Out of all your 400,000,000,000 Cells :P 1 of them catches the pox, and it spreads, It wont be bad!.
If you didn't get the vacctinonation, then if you did get the chicken pox, they would be much more sevire, but since your did get it, Even if you did get the pox, They would be controlled!.
The Odds of you getting the pox, are 001/100
So do not worry just stay clear away from people with pox,

The vaccination shot only lasts 7 years and then your body grows an immunity to it so actually the shot is bad for you because that is probably why you didn't get it when you were little but you could get them now!. I was 17 when I got chicken pox and IT SUCKED!!!! I had them really really bad all over my body, I was sick and I couldn't go to school for 2 weeks!. But I am still alive so I made it through it but yes it is possible to get them and it is a bit worse when you are older but i don't think anyone has ever died from them!. The only problem with making it into your late teens or early adulthood without getting chickenpox is that you are probably susceptible, and chicken pox when your in your teens or later is a miserable condition, with the disease being much more severe than you see in kids!. If you are sure that you never had chickenpox, you might want to consider getting the vaccine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes chicken pox is worse when you get older i had all my vaccine when i was younger but i took them when i was 30 five years ago when my daughter had them i never had them as a child and it was horrendous i was so ill they were everywhere and i mean everywhere its a lot worse when you take them when your older you could maybe find out of your doctor if you can gert vaccinated again keep healthly lol xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com
I don't think so!. I mean, you got the vaccination shot!. And if you get the vaccination and still get chicken pox, it usually happens within a couple of years of getting the shot!. But you got it when you were little, so you have nothing to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My sister-in-law had the vacc and still got the pox!. It wasn't as bad as it could have been if she hadn't gotten the vacc!. But, every body and system is different!. I wouldn't worry about it!. Life is good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
