Answers:

Thyroid disorders (too much or too little thyroid hormone) can cause emotional disturbances. Yes, it can be serious if it is not treated. Please read the following links about thyroid disorders:

You don't mention at what stages your pregnancies were terminated. Pregnancy can cause thyroid disorders, but right now there is no known link between abortion and thyroid disorders.

Your anxiety and panic attacks may certainly be related to your pregnancies and abortions. Abortion may cause temporary hormonal disruptions that take months to resolve. You also do not mention how you feel about your pregnancies and subsequent abortions; it is possible you are having issues with anger, helplessness, and regret regarding these. At 20, you are far too young to be dealing with the complications that pregnancy and abortion can cause in your life.

It sounds as if you have had extensive medical testing to rule out a variety of possibilities. If you have not had screening for hyper- or hypothyroidism, please do so.
