I have a white dot/bump in my mouth on my inner bottom lip.What is it??

I think it might just be a scratch from chips or what not but it hurts alot.

Its can be a canker sore, and I know what that feels like cuz i get it sometimes. Try using Rembrandt canker sore toothpaste if you get it alot in your mouth, it works! You can put salt on it or use listerine mouth wash to help but it will hurt alot, eventually it will go away. hope that helps!!!!!
