Ok i went to the doctor and he gave me a few shots before school and i need to go back in a month for 2 more, which is fine!.
But he said he wants me to get a CBC its something like ,Complete test!.!.I don't know, can you explain what that is to me and why he wants me to have that done!? And my was 180/20 does that mean i have diabetes or high colestoral!? I'm a skinny person so i don't know whats going on !.Help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

FreaKk- A CBC is a Complete Blood Cell count = the routine or basic blood test which examines your red blood cells, white blood cells, and your platelets!. Red cells usually check for anemia; white cells usually check for infection or inflammation, and platelets help normal blood clotting!. A CBC is a good record of what is normal for you for future comparison if you should not feel well!. No need to worry at all!. The number 180/20 is strange to medicine; I suspect the 20 is not copied correctly!. If the 180 is your cholesterol level, that's normal!. The only normal "20" I know is the number of times you breath per minute, but that's not normally an issue!. If your blood sugar was 180, that would be too high except soon after a meal!. Don't be bashful next time; ask what it's for and what it means!. My best bet is that all your results are normal for a healthy teenager!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
