we do live together. he always is helping other people, which is o.k. but not all the time, we are suppose to be a couple. and were engaged. I got a dimond a year ago. so does that ring give him the right to do whatever he wants? He also does whatever his ex-wife asks him to do . I feel like I don't matter.

depends on what that thing is. if it is something small like picking up his own dinner without consulting you when yall dont have plans, then I'd say you need to pick your battle wisely. If it is going out for a night of partying, then you have every reason to be upset.
