Does this side pain need med attention?!

My left side has been hurting since 9 this morning!. Its one of those sharp pains where it hurts to breathe out, walk, or move really!. Right now it is throbbing to the point where im almost in tears, and currently it really hurts when i inhale!. Ive felt really nauseaous during the day also!. What the **** could this be!? If this helps any, its like right on my side near the back side of my ribs, like right where hips would begin!. I would really appreciate any help, I dont know if itll go away or if I need med attentionWww@Answer-Health@Com
