Nurses and doctors please answer?!

Hi how are you!? I'm a freshman in college and my roommate, well he's a real friendly guy but I really really think he has some kind of mental disorder!. He talks with a very slight lisp, he repeats the same things that he said over and over at times, and he's really "giddy",

I noticed that he took some prescription medication and I know this was wrong, but my curiousity was eating away at me so I looked at the name of the prescription and it was called "Minocycline"!.

Any idea about what might be wrong with him!? Other than the symptoms I described above, he acts normal!. No random ticks or anything!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
