Question: I think i have a food allergy/reaction to this food!?

i ate a ready packaged spaghetti bolognese yesterday night, i dont usally eat that kind of stuff!. now, since this morning, i have this REALLY itchy rash all over my arms, neck, ears, face and its really small bumps, but loads of them!.do you think this was the cause!? if so what can i do to heal it!? i am taking piriton allergy tablets and putting a cream on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know a guy who gets a rash like that from certain foods!. It goes away after two or three days!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
