First bloody nose?!

First bloody nose?

I just woke up and I felt like I needed to blow my nose....so I did and all that came out was blood.
blood isnt running out, its only when I blow it.

and Ive never had a bloody nose before sooo what do I do

OK, this isn't a true bloody nose....

This is your very, very irritated sinuses draining. You're right, it's probably an allergy thing.

Keep your mucus membranes moisturized as best you can, and you'll be fine. Try a saline nasal spray and make sure you drink enough water.

Try to keep from blowing your nose if you can, you'll just irritate them more.
