Sometimes my sugar will drop and I'll take an asprin for the headache that doesn't help. Why doesn't an asprin help when I have a headache? The only thing that helps is by eating something.

The headache is a symptom of the low blood sugar. The aspirin isn't going to raise your blood sugar, that's why it doesn't take the pain away. To get rid of the symptom, you have to get your blood sugar levels back to normal, by eating something.
