Are there any STDs that mimic the symptoms of a UTI (urinary tract infection)?!

Question: Are there any STDs that mimic the symptoms of a UTI (urinary tract infection)!?
I had intercourse with my boyfriend twice over the weekend and I've been having alot of discomfort since yesterday!. It feels like I have to pee all the time (urgency to urinate) and it burns when I do!. I've had many UTIs in the past and this is exactly what it feels like!. My boyfriend and I have been together for 8 years but we have cheated on each other before during some rough times!. I asked him last night on the phone if he's sure I couldn't have a STD and he acted insulted that I accused him of cheating!. I know that he could be lying!. Guys are stupid about thinking that as long as they don't have any symptoms but then they don't have an STD!. My boyfriend also hates using condoms and we don't use them since we've been dating so long!. I took an over the counter test for urinary tract infections and it said negative but I don't know how accurate those really are and if I did it exactly right (I think some pee splashed on the part where it turns a different color)!. I did leave a message with my primary physician to see if he could order a lab test for a UTI or call in a prescription without one!. Obviously, I probably should be tested for STDs as well since I'm not 100% sure my boyfriend hasn't had sex with someone else!. In the meantime, what STDs feel alot like a UTI!? I've already googled some stuff about STDs but I just want to know specifically if a STD can feel like a UTI!. THANKS for reading this and taking the time out to ansnwer!. I appreciate it!. And yes, I do know that I probably should be using protection if I don't completely trust my boyfriend but I think he'd think that maybe I have something or have been cheating or be really insutled that I don't trust him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
there are many STD's and some can mimic UTI's, some have no symptoms at all!. I would not care about what he thought, it is up to you and you alone to protect your health, do not put that responsibility into someone else's hands, especially if that person is not true to you!. There is NO test for HPV in men, so I hope that you are having yearly pap smears!. I would suggest seeing a GYN, have some STD test done, gonorrhea and chlamydia as well as HPV can be done off a pap smear, VDRL and hepatitis can be done with blood workWww@Answer-Health@Com
