Answers:
Good grief! This is quite restrictive!.!.!.!. have you sought a second opinion!?
For sweeteners can you have stevia!? It comes in a powder!.!.!.as far as I know it is not related to the foods on your list!.
Try vegan lasagna with soy mozzarella, spinach and artichoke hearts!. Instead of tomato sauce, puree another vegetable that isn't on your list and add basil!. I could not tell if you could have other squashes besides butternut!. For dessert, have some yogurt with blueberries and stevia extract!.
Get a pasta maker if you can, and make your own pasta out of spelt flour!. This has a ridiculous amount of vitamins good carbs and protein!. In a blender, add a nut that you can have ( you can have almonds right!?) add mint or basil (fresh) and some canola oil!. See if you can find some soy romano type cheese and add that!. Then, you have pesto pasta!. Have some chicken breast with it!. Can you have okra!? As long as you don't overcook it is pretty good!. Also try collard greens, spinach, can you have mustard greens!? Seaweed!?
Have pork chops pan-fried in butter with garlic!. Can you have yams!?
Seriously, ask your provider who did this allergy testing on you to provide you with nutritional advice!. They should not give you a list like this without giving you some recipes and such!. Good luck

What do you mean "for health purposes"!? There's not much in the food family that isn't on this list! Is this from some kind of naturopath or an allergist!? You need to take this information to a licensed dietician (NOT a nutritionist) and see what they say about this!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not sure I can get head around what there is left for you to eat! However, you need choices!. I like the Taste of Home web site!. There are a lot of healthy menus!. Maybe you can find something that will work for you!.

Best Wishes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
