Remove mole.. no cancer?!

Question:

Remove mole.. no cancer?

So I have several light moles on my arms, and well, I get sunburned quite often, which I know is horrible in the long run, but its a bit hard to prevent sometimes. Anyway, I've been thinking about getting several removed, but what I was wondering, if you get a mole removed is, is it just regular skin left over? or can that area still get cancerous?

Answers:

If they remove the entire mole then it is just regular skin left over, but, if you are prone to getting skin cancer in the first place, there may still be a slight chance that you could...but it would be very very slim.
