I am having this high fever (which is more than 100fehrenheit) for more than 4 days.?

i have been given fever pill,sore throat & antibiotic. But until now, which is 5 days later, my fever still same as before taking the medicine.I have run the blood test to check whether i have dengue fever but the result come out negative.during this high fever, my head feel like want to explode due to the terrible headache.my ear also feel pain.my inner part of ear.in night i can't sleep and i am shaking because i feel very cold.

Please advise me what is really happening to me.my doctor said i have this virus fever.

It does sound like your body is attempting to fight off some form of infection! Whenever fever is present in the body, it means there is some kind of infection taking place. Normally, you would receive antibotics to fight off infections, but not viruses. Viruses and colds alike, must pretty much, run it's course. Whatever you do, make sure you are drinking large volumes of water and begin taking very high doses of vitamin c! I'm talking about 2000-4000MG per day! Your body needs help building up it's immunity and vit. c. will definitely do the trick. I use it all the time and do not ever suffer with colds! But be mindful, I take the high doses too! No matter what the cause is, your body's immunity is low and needs to be built back up. Race to Walgreens and pick up a cheap brand of 1000MG of vit. c. and get the doses down! Don't worry, much higher doses than that are taken regularly for some. I've been in the medical field for over 10 years, I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about. Do those things and let it run it's course. REMEMBER!!! DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!! Like 8-10 glasses per day! NOT CUPS, BUT GLASSES! On top of all that, I will send up prayer for you. God wants you to prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers! All is well and you will be too! Believe That! And for Heaven's sake, get from under all those covers! Your body's natural reaction is to shiver to tell you there's a problem here. The more you stay under the covers, the more you raise the body's temperature. I would advise you to take motrin also. But at separate doses to not interfere with whatever the doc is giving, but it all should be fine taken together. The motrin will help with the fever and the pain altogether! Feel better!
