Question: How do I stop smoking cigs!?
I'm not a chain smoker, but I find myself bored when I'm driving to and from work or when I'm worried about something, I smoke!. I feel that if I stop smoking occasionaly I will eat more and gain weight!. I feel a little irrirated when I don't smoke, I'm afraid I'm getting addicted to it!. Even when I do smoke I feel sick to my stomach, but I still do it!. Plus I'm trying to get pregnant and I know it's not healthy!. What can I do without eating so much to avoid smoking, I tried chewing gum but it get's boring!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't kid yourself, you are already addicted!. Its simple, toss out the cigarettes and don't buy them anymore!. Smoking decreased your chance of conceiving anyway!.!.!. so quitting will help!.
Take a water bottle with you where ever you go and when you get a craving, sip on it!. It will also help with not over eating!. Weight gain is normal when you quit, and does come off!. Smoking suppresses appetite so your metabolism will need time to adjust!. Just eat healthy and eat smaller meals throughout the day (5 to 6) as well as drink 4 to 6 glasses of water per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, you already are addicted!. I know, I've been there myself!. I smoked for 5 years, and got up to a pack a day!. I recently quit 3 months ago cold turkey!. Here are some tips that might help you out a bit!.
1!. Try to avoid other smokers!. My worst cravings come from seeing other people smoke, heck I still get cravings, even if its just from a movie!.
2!. Find something to help motivate yourself to quit!. For instance, every time you get an urge to smoke, think about trying to get pregnant!. Smoking decreases your chance of fertility!. Plus, if you do get pregnant, you'll have to stop anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
