A Herpes Question - If You're Not Supposed To Have Unprotected Sex?!

Well I'm pregnant and I have it and my husband does not!.

The answer is, we do not always use condoms, we've been married for a very long time and I've had this condition for many years as well!.

I know my body and I know the signs to look for that trigger an outbreak!. My husband and I NEVER have sex if I think I'm about to get an outbreak or while I'm having one!.

You just have unprotected sex!. If you are in a committed relationship it is fine for you both to make that choice!. The risk is low anyway, about 2-10% depending on which type of herpes you have!. You can also lower that risk by half by using anti viral drugs such as valtrex!. A risk of less than 5% a year is perfectly acceptable!.

I have unprotected sex with my boyfriend, like most people I know who have herpes and have a long term partner!. I'd be a bit insulted if anyone wanted to stay with me for several years and always use protection!. I'd just find someone else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
