Question: Is it chemically/physically possible to eliminate the phenomenon of tolerance in drug users!?
I mean, can it ever be the case that a small amount of a drug will continue to provide the user with a sufficient high, thus obviating the need for megadoses, thus practically eliminating the chance of overdose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
