How do you get smooth skin?

Hey,I've got clear skin except recently I've been getting skin coloured bumps on my face and some red bumps. They are not like spots and they dont have any heads on them. I thought I might of been allergic to some moisteriser I had been using, so I stopped using it, the last time I used it was 4 weeks ago but the bumps haven't gone.

Is there any way to get rid of them?

And whats causing them?

Drink lots of water!
You can´t moistourize your skin with creams.
If you ´re a old lady your skin will be a bit puffed up,if you put cream into your face.
Don´t smoke,avoid to much sun,avoid fast food and you´ll be able to enjoy a beautiful skin until old age.
Do not waste your cash on "bautieproducts"
