Go and see your Doctor, this is not the right place to ask if its OK to ignore signs and symptoms!.
That said I'm gonna stick my neck out and say that pain on breathing is not always a sign of cardiac problems and can possibly be caused by intercostal strain!.

This could be an impending heart attack!. Unfortunately more people in their 20's and 30's are developing heart problems in our country today!. Classic symptoms are pain or pressure in the chest area, shortness of breath and sometimes pain in one or more of the arms!. Women also have atypical symptoms!. See a doctor to be safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to see a doctor ASAP because this could be the onset of a heart attack, Who knows until a REAL physician MAKES a diagnosis!. And there are no real doctors here!. Don't play around you could even have a stroke! you wont know until you get it checked out!. Just like the 14 year old right before me no one in there right mind would listen to that garbage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you been under stress lately!? I'm fourteen and I get chest pains and heart palpitations all of the time because I worry about everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
