I think I have a throat problem (this is serious i need real answers)?!
Question:
I think I have a throat problem (this is serious i need real answers)?
I went to my GP. And I informed her about my problem, she didn't take me seriously. I think there something wrong? I don't know.
Symptoms:
1)I keep producing excess phlegm.
2)Every day I find myself in a struggle clearing my thought, if I leave it to clog up it almost suffocate me.
3)It's all year round.
4)Sometimes it's really bad and I really have to force the phlegm out, so my throat hurts really badly.
The result:
I can’t sing as well as before. And during my speaking exams it’s a problem.
I think it started like 6 or 7 years ago. And I'm 16.
Is this normal or am I ill. All I know id that it's really frustrating. I feel old.

How can I make it better?
Answers:
Acid reflux can cause a sore throat, cough, and hoarseness. Seasonal/nasal allergies can cause post-nasal drip, which means you have drainage running down the back of your throat, causing coughing/throat clearing.
