Will Sprite Zero still raise my blood sugar?!


Question: Will Sprite Zero still raise my blood sugar!?
I was diagnosed as a diabetic about 8 months ago, and I just became insulin dependent!. Obviously I had to stop drinking my favorite soda (Pepsi), but I switched to Sprite Zero (0 sugars & 0 carbs)!. I'm wondering will Sprite Zero still affect my blood sugar!. If so how much compared to regular sodas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

been insulin too long!. as long as your levels are normal for you, up to 6 a day !. minimal if any effect!. use caution with pop little used fact it can become a addiction!. avoid all sports drinks powered , gatorade !. high energy drinks!. these will put you right of the charts , then total crash!. if you feel you need the pop , use the sprite!. if you are young very very minimal effect!. a pepsi once in a while will not hurt you!. as a young person natural!. just stay positive ,you can still lead a active lifestyle at your age!. diabetes's can be lived with !. the scare ta tics being used are precautionary!. with today's society and stress levels it defiantly will become a epidemic !. just use common sense!. you beat pepsi!. the sprite is okay!. within reason !. good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com

It has no sugar in it, so it can't possibly raise your sugar levels!.

Artificial sweeteners are a non-sugar alternative!. They may have their own problems, but they are not sugar related!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I drink Zero and Max all day, no sugar = no sugar!.
Sweeteners don't contain carbohydrate, though people believe they increase your risk of cancer!.

But what are the odds of you getting diebetes AND cancer!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

No carbs, no caffiene!. How could it possibly raise your sugar level!?

You should really consider taking some diabetes educatin classes, as you are obviously still unsure of what effects your levels!.

diet sodas and sugar free drinks do not effect your sugars at all, you could drink diet pepsi or whatever you want as long as theres no carbs or sugarsWww@Answer-Health@Com
