honestly u can get it form just being around people that have it!. u dont have to be kissing anyone or sharing anything with them!.!.i guess its spread just like a flu because i got it last year ( and i wasnt kissing anybody )and thats just because another girl at my school had it and was coughing and **** in the hallwayWww@Answer-Health@Com
They call mono the kissing disease because its spread through the saliva!. Meaning, you dont have to kiss someone to get it!. You can get mono by sharing food, drinking out of the same glass, eating off the same plate, anything where mono borne saliva can transfer to another person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
