Question: Am i have a cold or flu!?

i dont know but i ended up having runny nose, fever, and stomach ache after a random day that nothing happened!. i dun wanna go to the doctors but wat medicine or a way can i get rid of all these sickness problems!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of rest, fluids (plain non caffeinated tea, water, Gatorade) and eating a proper diet will help!. Keep your diet light and stay away from dairy products and greasy foods if you feel you might be ill!. As well you can lukewarm baths to help with your fever (or Tylenol if the bath does not bring it down)!. Also, wash your hands often!.

If your neck becomes stiff, please go to an ER!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have the flu because you have a fever!. You should go to the doctors because normally you need antibiotics and I'm pretty sure they are perscription drugs!. Get well soon :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
