I thnk this is not an allergic problem, actually Intra orbital gland(i!.e!. Lecrimal glad) has connecton with the back part of the upper jaw, so when u cry, it create some problem with this gland by the connection therefore lecrimal gland secrets some drops in ur eyes!. it is not Major problem but u should consult with ur doctor!.
