I have a shade or two darker than my skin tone of circular blotches around my neck, but I only have it in the back side of my neck and some around my chest, what is it

might be what they cal Melmosa.. I believe.. this is caused from hormone therapy... the pill or any other hormones you might be taking or your body is producing. The sun make it darker then the rest of your skin. bleach creams might help, but I say a heavy duty sunblock and self tanners on those areas will be the best bet for you
