IBS.. Irritable Bowel Syndrome?
I have IBS and at times it can be very painful and shameful (wind, diarrhea,bloating etc). Does anyone have tips on how to deal with it?

i know ibs can be very painful but there is a sort of cure,,, get some de gas pills from either the chemist or the shops, what they do is take the pain away and let you live a normal life. I have had ibs for 24 yrs and de gas pills have been my best friend, i cant have high fibre foods or too fatty foods or spicy foods as it hurts my stomach, but if they dont work then go see ur doctor and get some tablets off him /her. hope this helps, toni :)
