I've heard that someone who enjoys sexual pain is called a masochist !.
What about someone who enjoys non-sexual pain !?

There are people who have serious problems brought on by others and not by themselves!. These people need help!. They are lonely and their self esteem is low!. Others have a direct affect on their lives and these people feel they have no other resources and begin to harm themselves!. I don't think they enjoy what they are doing as much as they are at the 'end of their ropes!.'
