Yes they can and if your test is positive, it will become a part of your permanent medical record and public knowledge!. I would suggest bieng tested at your local free or community clinic and using a false name and social security number!. This way, if you were positive, you could make a decision of what you want to do and who you would want to know!. yes he can !.!.and if it a small practice he can write a lab slip and send you to have the lab work drawn and will still be able to share the results with you!. Also you should be able to go to any community health center!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
