You will get very negative thoughts in your mind about yourself and question your self worth and if you don't realize that it is just the disease and the negative stigma that has been created by society then it can take over you!. The key is to realize that is just a virus! There are many viruses that stay in the body but for some reason since herpes is associated with sex it's such a nasty and degrading one!.
Once you get over the shock of it and realize that it is not life threatening, your not alone, and you can live a happy life as any other then it will stop taking over you and you can put the disease in perspective!.
