Question: Sore throat fever already took antibiotics!?
about a week and a half ago i began feeling sick my throat was sore!. i got antibiotics because my doctor thought my throat looked infected!. i felt much better like 4 days after!. now my throat hurts just as bad again and i have a fever and stuffed up nose!. my antibiotics was a 5 day z pack and i have been done with that for about 5 days!. should i go back to the doctors!? do i have something more serious going on!?

You may need another kind of antibiotic depending on the organism you have!. Zithromax may not be the right antibiotic for what you have!. I hope you took all the Z-pak and and as instructed!. alot of time, If you don't take all the antibiotic as instructed or if you drink or take another kind of medication the antibiotic will be ineffective and the infection may return worse than when it first appeared!. Alway ask your pharmacist about what you should not take or what other meds you may be on Www@Answer-Health@Com
There are hundreds of bacteria in our mouth!. And each has its own sensitivity to antibiotics!. Your new ailment may be caused by the same bacteria or a new one!. Go to your doctor to get more advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
