I always wanted to know what are those ant bump and how do they rise and how do they itch.

Well ant bites itch for the same reason as mosquito bites. When you get a mosquito bite the mosquito sucks your blood and leaves some of there saliva. Most people are allergic to mosquito saliva, but just enough to make it swell a bit and itch.
