Question: What are heart attack prevention tips for men!?

no smoking , more fruits , no junk food ( or just eat it very rarely ) , exercise every day ( even a 2 hours walk would be VERY GOOD) , dont eat too much food that contains a lot of carbohydrates or fat> i mean the bad fat (the bad cholesterol) is named LDL low density blah blah (it gets on your arteries and when it gets off then , in large amounts , it can lead to massive heart attacks) and the good cholesterol (good fat) is HDL >high density blah blah(fats i think) and those are good because they only get under ur skin not on ur arteries!.!. so u can be fat and have a healthy heart(its rare but it can happen)!.oh and avoid eating any kind of product that contains : hydrogenated fats ,hydrogenated vegetable oil or the so called"trans fats"<< these "trans fats" are the nr 1 component that makes junk foods really junk(mcdonalds ,kfc<WORST , shaowrma and other things)!. oh and dont eat or drink anything that contains glutamate<which is an additive < which means it makes u want more and more( like doing drugs)!.and remember NO SMOKING it messes up your entire body!.it messes up every tissue in your body< !. i just told you what to look for and what to do!. he can make his own diet or just try to reduce the number of the foods listed here !.oh and keep checking his and your own blood pressure regulary!. and these tips are good for every human being or even animals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

- Losing weight if you're overweight or obese
- Quitting smoking
- Doing physical activity to improve heart fitness!.

The goal is to lower dangerous fats intake and increase HDL (good cholesterol) that removes the bad one away from your arteries and can cause heart attacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise regularly, keep down the saturated fats (ie!. dont eat crappy food), dont smoke, keep stress at a minimum, check blood pressure regularly, obesity is also found to be a problem - stay on top of these things and you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
