Firstly, don't worry! Are you eating well? I am just thinking that low blood sugar from not eating for a long time might make you feel like this. You need HEALTHY snacks as well as meals. In other words, fruit, bread (ideally wholemeal), nuts, yogurt, though I believe it's better to have a pack of crisps than nothing if that's all you can get hold of at the time...and not drinking enough water can make you feel awful, are you sure you are regularly drinking enough of it?

Do you drink a lot of coffee, or Coke? Or Red Bull (I know it's expensive so unlikely on pocket money but just in case...) They all contain enough caffeine to make you really jittery if you have a lot!

Have you started your periods? Is it possible that you feel like this just in the few days before your period starts? I am wondering if it could be "Pre-menstrual Syndrome" which I think most of us females get at that time to some extent. I sometimes feel shaky around then myself. You could do a little diary or mark on a calendar when you come on your period, if you're feeling fine until a few days (maybe 7) before your next period then that will show if it is to do with your menstrual cycle.

Also if you are having periods it could be anaemia, not enough iron in your blood, which is easy to cure with iron tablets or eating iron rich food like liver, red meats etc! Your doc can check for that - definitely nothing to stress about.

If you are totally sure that you are eating enough, and you are not having lots of coffee/cola/Red Bull, then you should see your doctor. IT IS ALMOST DEFINITELY NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!!! I know I worried about everything when I was your age! But a doctor is the best person to talk to about it.

I would put money on your symptoms being caused by one of the things I mentioned before. And they are more or less all easily treated. If it's something else, once again, most things can be treated easily, nothing to worry about.

Can you go to the doctor without your mum if she refuses to take you? I would obviously advise you try to persuade her first though.

Does she know you are asking Yahoo Answers? Maybe you could show her this or other replies to your question if it helps.

I am sure you have absolutely nothing to worry about, and you can get this dealt with! Best of luck anyway. xx
