I can get this from soap and washing powder!. So have you changed anything!?
My suggestions are to go right back to basics and see if you have changed anything!. Even put on a new item!.
I use aloe vera gel to repair the skin or anti-histamine powder, don't know which country you are in but I am in the UK and buy it from Spain!.

Sounds like contact dermatitis!. Could be a reaction to laundry detergent/fabric softener, soaps, body washes, shampoos, lotions!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.you name it! Especially if you've changed anything lately!.
