Cocaine is not physically addictive - but the substances used to 'cut' it can be, ie speed, though not usually after using it once!.
Some people (my ex is one) can use it or not and never have the addiction problem!. However, the first time I used it, I was seeking it all the time for several years!. The reason for this is that cocaine makes the serotonin level skyrocket, giving the user a feeling of euphoria!. For someone who has normal or high levels of serotonin, there is no great urge to do it again!. For others such as myself, who have naturally low levels of serotonin, the buzz from cocaine was indescribable and the need to 'feel good' was insatiable!.
It's not worth dabbling to find out how hard it is to walk away!. It can cost you everything in the end!.
I walked away after 6 years of near daily use and struggled with several issues for a long time!. Now, 23 years later, I have health concerns that trace back to cocaine use!. It's not worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It certainly is very addictive and opiate pathways can be set up very rapidly in the brain that can almost last a lifetime!. Even when you come off the drug, a single relapse can immediately re-establish the addiction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It all starts somewhere!. The thing about it is that the initial buzz is the best bit about the whole experience and every hit after that is slightly more diluted!. People keep taking more and more cos they are chasing that initial hit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Of course!. You won't be physically addicted like with heroin, but you may find yourself desperate for more!. However money is a factor so unless you have hundreds of $ to spare then you are unlikely to be getting too deep into the stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
