The aorta is the largest vein/artery in the body!. It comes out of the heart,runs down the back of the abdomen, splits to the arms and legs!. When shot in the abdomen, instant death occurs if the aorta is hit!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depends on where exactly in the abdomen!. If it is higer up and causes a lung collapse the chances of death are higher, however if it breaches a place such as the intestins or colon you have a far better chance of surviving!. The stomache however is a pretty much UR ****** situation because the bullet would have pieced the stomache membrance having aan extremly strong acidppouring out of your stomache!.!.!.!.not a promised death but a high probability!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
